In december of 2005, I joined singles for christ. My dad met a woman at LAX, cherry estioko, and they talked about SFC. So when he came home he asked me if I wanted to check out a group called "singles for christ." I said yes, so cherry asked me to come to bellflower for their clp, but I said it was too far away to go every friday. So I ended up at st christopher and became an EAST brother. If I was still living in my apartment in costa mesa at that time I could have easily been SFC south right now. But I believe this invitation by cherry, and my dad, was a gift that has inspired me and strengthened me immensely. Especially since nobody else in my family is a member.
I am catholic and active in the singles for christ ministry for young adults. I am an independent personal trainer with certifications from NASM and APEX. I am affiliated with teambeachbody, as well as two marketing companies that help me find local clients. I have a black belt karate, and have studied yoga since 1996. I have a bachelors degree from ucla. I still play in adult sports leagues for basketball, softball, and indoor soccer.
I give money to my church, holy name of mary, ksgn 89.7, my ministry, and ucla alumni association. I am stll active with the ucla alumni association and samahang pilipino alumni of ucla.
I enjoy writing blogs, and maintaining my business website at visible goals fitness. I also hold certifications for insurance and real estate.

I am a work in progress, and it doesnt matter how many times you get knocked down, but rather how quickly you get up and dust yourself off. Take responsiblity for who you are right now, do not blame others, and you will be more peaceful. Fill your heart with love, grace and mercy instead of shame, anxiety, and fear, hatred, or lust. Be gentle with your heart, and guard our eyes, hands, thoughts, and body from evil.
